The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is running an interactive workshop to provide the basic skills needed to confidently interrogate and interpret key performance data to enhance management decision making.
The workshop, on 14 November at Bournemouth University's Lansdowne Campus, is run by Nick Day, an experienced CIM trainer and lecturer. Nick will help you interpret the Google Analytics dashboard and set time spans; navigate the menus to key areas of information; correctly interpret the data; plot visitor journeys from entry to exit points and identify 'hot' and 'cold' spots. He will also help you set appropriate journey goals and demonstrate how to export data, and explain management reports. This workshop is suitable for members of marketing and IT who are responsible for website content and performance reporting. For further information visit
